Payroll should be invisible — you should never hear from HMRC about it.

Payroll is the service where 'mostly fine' is not fine. A late RTI submission, an under-deduction of NI, a missed auto-enrolment opt-in — all of these create real-money liabilities. Our payroll service is set up to be quietly correct: paid on the same day every month, RTI on the same day, pensions filed, payslips issued, and a single point of contact for any employee queries.

We handle weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, manage auto-enrolment with The People's Pension or NEST, prepare P11Ds where benefits in kind apply, and run CIS payrolls for construction subcontractors.

Frequently asked questions

How much does payroll cost?

We price per payslip per period, plus a fixed monthly admin fee. Get in touch and we will quote based on headcount and pay frequency — there are no surprise charges for RTI submissions or P60s.

Do you handle CIS for construction subcontractors?

Yes. We prepare monthly CIS returns, handle subcontractor verifications with HMRC, and produce the deduction statements your subbies need for their own self assessments.

What about benefits in kind and P11Ds?

We prepare P11Ds for company cars, fuel, private medical, beneficial loans and other reportable benefits. We will also tell you when payrolling benefits is a better option.
