Do you do marketing execution, or just planning?
Planning, budgeting, and measurement. We don't run paid ads or write copy — but we work alongside your marketing agency or in-house team to make sure the plan is real, the budget is right and the results are honest. If you don't have a marketing partner we can introduce you to people we trust.
How is this different from a normal management consultant?
Two ways: it's bridged directly to the financial model (the plan is a P&L, not a slide), and it's reviewed monthly in the management accounts meeting. It doesn't drift away from the numbers because we won't let it.
Can you do this without doing our management accounts?
We can — but it works best when joined up. The strategic plan is most useful when it is the same conversation as the monthly management accounts review.
